HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Wishing all a 2016 complete with inner peace and joy, and the good health that is accompanied by a real sense of well being.
The 'Present' is here and now.  It is within each of us to 'be here'.  It is a matter of positioning ourselves just beyond our thoughts.  Seemingly impossible until you experience it.  Sahaja Yoga is the practice of being in the present.  'Yoga' means 'union'.  Find out how we connect within ourselves and experience this inner connection simply and naturally.
We are hoping to meet everyone who has been 'thinking' about practicing meditation as well as those who are already practicing meditation and have the desire to go deeper and become part and parcel in sahaja yoga collective meditation.
All classes in the Durham area are back on schedule this week.
Join us today!  Monday, January 4, 2016 at 7:00pm, at the Pickering High School (180 Church Street N, Ajax) or Tuesday evening, 7:00pm, at the Whitby Library 405 Dundas Street W, or Wednesday evening, 7:00pm, the Queen Elizabeth School library (room directly to the right of the front entrance of the school), at 1205 Simcoe Street N, in Oshawa.
Make a new year's resolution that will benefit you individually and add your potential to the collective energy that is rising and making this world a better place.  We create worldwide peace only by becoming the peaceful, self-satisfied and enlightened individual being we are each created to become.
All Sahaja Yoga classes worldwide are weekly, ongoing and free of charge.  Today is here and Now is the time!

Earlier Time as Meditation Classes Resume on Monday evenings at Pickering High School

The schools are back from summer hiatus and we had our first meditation class last Monday evening at 7:00pm at the Pickering High School 180 Church St. N.  Ajax, ON in Room #149.  Please note the time has advanced from last year. This year, Janitors will open a door (right side) in the front entrance so that we can easily find the room (first door on right side of the hallway to the right of the front doors.)
Sahaja Yoga is all over the world and is always free.  Come and get the key to unlock your own greatest potential.  Shri Mataji has brought real inner awakening to the masses.  We each have everything we need inside of us.  We will guide you through your own experience.
We continue as usual Tuesday evenings at 7:00pm in the Whitby Library (405 Dundas Street West, Meeting Room next to coffee shop on main floor/Room 1A).
Also the classes in Oshawa at 7:00pm Wednesdays at the Queen Elizabeth public school - 1205 Simcoe Street North in the library - room #131 (room on the right when you first walk in the main entrance) have resumed.
Hope everyone had a great summer, communed with nature with lots of meditation outdoors and is looking forward to enjoying ongoing weekly collective Sahaja yoga meditation.
